We work with project-specific technical partners. Their roles and locations are disclosed during project scoping where appropriate. Before paid work begins, each party's role, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, contracting and invoicing entity, confidentiality, and IP terms are agreed in writing. YM does not present partner development work as its own.
Project stages
We consider projects from feasibility studies and standalone prototypes through to production planning. Prototype delivery and production introduction are quoted as separate phases, so a prototype price does not imply production responsibility.

Yes. Work involving technical proposals, component selection validation, engineering hours, or prototype builds is scoped and quoted first.
Do you develop the AI model and software yourselves?
Development work is carried out by technical partners under terms agreed in writing. YM coordinates requirements, components, and the project.
Who is our contracting party?
The contracting entity, invoicing arrangement, deliverables, and IP terms are agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Do you take prototype-only projects?
Yes. Feasibility studies and prototype-only projects are accepted and quoted separately from any production phase.
